Huang Yuzhe

Huang Yuzhe is the Chairman of the Hulian Democratic Party. The Hulian Republican Party and the Hulian Democratic Party are the two parties officially recognised and authorised by the Government of Hulian; both take part in the governance of the state in accordance with the law and carry corresponding national administrative responsibilities, and together they form the party-political basis of Hulian. Huang Yuzhe worked for many years in local governance, civil affairs and public policy, served as Vice-Chairman of the party from 2015 and was elected Chairman by its national congress in June 2022.

- Organises the party groups in the Hulian People’s Assembly and in the local people’s assemblies at all levels
- Consults with the Hulian Republican Party on major legislation and policy
- Advances policy proposals on employment, education and social security
- Maintains contact with the party’s organisations and members in the provincial-level divisions
