Engagement 互动交流
The Central Government listens to the public through the leadership mailbox, public consultations, online interviews, policy hearings and service feedback, publishing the call for views, the responses and the outcomes.
Channels for engagement
The Central Government website provides five main channels: the leadership mailbox, public consultations, online interviews, policy hearings and government service feedback. Members of the public may submit opinions and suggestions on Hulian’s economic and social development and the work of government, report problems, or lodge complaints. Matters falling within the responsibility of a particular region or department are accepted centrally by the Petitions Bureau of the General Office and referred to the organ concerned.
Except for matters involving state secrets, commercial secrets or personal privacy, the outcomes of correspondence, the acceptance of consultation submissions and the results of service feedback are published on this website. Where a correspondent requests confidentiality, the handling organ shall keep the matter confidential; correspondence containing insult, defamation or false information is dealt with in accordance with the relevant laws.
