Luo Wenbin

Luo Wenbin is a Vice-Premier of the Central Government. Born in Haiyan in Guangdong Province, he began his career drafting plans in the planning and industry departments and later led development and reform work in Guangdong, where he shaped the layout of its port-side industries and port logistics system. He headed the National Development Commission from 2016 and became a Vice-Premier in March 2024, with responsibility for planning, investment, industry and prices.
