Lu Wenzhao
President of the Supreme People's Court of Hulian · March 2019 – March 2029
Lu Wenzhao is the President of the Supreme People's Court of Hulian. Born in Beijing, he served from 1982 as a clerk, judge and division chief in the Beijing municipal and higher courts, transferring to the Supreme People's Court in 1998 where he headed the First Civil Division and later served as Vice-President with responsibility for judicial supervision. He was elected President of the Supreme People's Court by the Hulian People’s Assembly in March 2019 and has promoted public access to judgments and a system for retrieving similar cases.
